Ultimys is an Australian owned and operated company with over 30 years experience servicing metropolitan<\/span> <\/span>Melbourne and regional Victoria. <\/span><\/p>\n

Our technical knowledge is second to none in the industry and we can design, install, commission, maintain and repair virtually any system. There are many systems on the market that are not widely supported by technical people such as the Simplex 4100, the Tyco F4000\/MX4428 and many Colour Graphics Systems, we are experts in these systems and provide technical capabilities in a cost-effective manner.<\/span>

We are proficient in all Fire Detection, EWIS and VESDA manufacturers’ equipment and provide the most appropriate type of system that will last for years to come without having a vested interest in the type of system chosen, this provides our customers with the comfort that they will not be locked into an expensive system for years to come.<\/p>\n

Whilst we are a small company, we have many strategic alliances which allows us to collaborate with others in the industry to provide the best solution for our customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have experience in all industries including Commercial, <\/span>Industrial, <\/span>Health Care, <\/span>Education, Utilities and <\/span>Transport. We understand the differences between each industry and have systems in place to capably handle each in a different manner.<\/span><\/p>\n

Customer service remains our number one priority and we aim to exceed expectations in all aspects of our business, from dedicated customer contact points to accurate and timely documentation.<\/span><\/p>\n

All our work is performed in accordance with Australian Standards and we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the staff engaged to perform the work.
