Installation
We perform installation of new systems or modification of existing systems whether large or small. Our installation technicians are fully qualified and suitably trained and comply with all OHS requirements.
We hare setup to be flexible so can easily transition to a large workforce when required with limited impact to our business.

Commissioning
Our technicians are experts in all facets of programming and commissioning systems including complex networks.
From Fire Detection, EWIS, VESDA and Colour Graphics Systems, we have a wide background of technical knowledge and are experts in systems that are not widely supported in the industry. We can also design and commission all manner of Fire Detection and EWIS System Networks, from copper to fibre optic, IP to proprietary, we ensure optimal setup in accordance with Australian Standards and the manufacturers’ requirements.
Maintenance
Our service include routine testing and maintenance of Fire Detection Systems, EWIS Systems and Emergency and Exit Light Systems in accordance with Australian Standards. We ensure our services remain cost-effective and provide all required documentation so our customers can concentrate on their business and not worry about whether their Essential Services Contractor is performing the works correctly.
We don’t pretend to be experts in all types of Essential Services, we only specialise in what we do well. We therefore partner with other like minded companies to provide the services we are not experts in.
Repairs
Our technical expertise on all types of systems allows us to repair most faults in a fast and cost-effective manner.
An example of this relates to a system where another contractor spent four days trying to rectify a fault with no success resulting in the system remaining offline causing the customer no end of heartache. One of our technicians was called in and within two hours the fault was diagnosed, repaired and the system returned to normal.
Whether we perform your regular maintenance or not, we are able to assist with any type of fault repairs. We ensure the most suitable technician is assigned to the job, we don’t send inexperienced technicians just to meet response times and then charge for wasted time.
